After my brother had gotten best discount he could which was not much on 2010 Toyota he put $7000 down and even though TV ad had said 0% finance there was a 3.5% finance charge which would be $200.40 interest added for 60 months

When we got to the finance department..they already had papers printed out even though at this point we had not agreed to anything and he didn't say up front that papers were for 66 month payment plan with warranty added which we had not agreed to take that would result in the payments below with the extra interest charges being added on because of the warranty charges he added to agreement

$205.40.... for the 66 months
extra $5 for 60 months=$300
$205.40... for extra 6 months
payments added... $1232.40
warranty cost...... $1532.40

Had my brother taken all of
the warranties offered... his
pmt would've been $227.40
extra warranty... $2684.40
plus $1532.40.... $4216.80

We cancelled warranty.. and.. when finance manager had to reprint paper
work and change it to 60 month without warranty.... he was not too happy
at the commission he lost on warranty... but... it taught me a lesson about
checking out all figures...... on the finance agreement...... before signing it
