One Of A Kind Daddy's life was hard, He worked like a slave. Now when I look back, I see what daddy gave. Workin' dusk to dawn, To keep his family fed. He came in so tired, He'd fall into bed. He always had a smile, If I asked for his time. I'll never fill his shoes, He was one of a kind. Though he was small, His shadow was big. Once he shook hands, He would never renege. He opened up my eyes, Loved me patiently. I miss daddy so, But have our memories. He always had a smile, If I asked for his time. I'll never fill his shoes, He was one of a kind.
